2. Important Disclaimer - Scale & Measurements

⚠️ The generated DXF files are NOT to scale.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• All DXF output files require manual scaling and dimension verification
• The customer is solely responsible for adjusting measurements to their requirements
• VectraAI is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from incorrect scaling or measurements
• The customer must verify all dimensions before using the file for production

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure they have rights to the images they upload
• Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of converted files
• Users must scale and adjust the DXF files according to their needs

4. Limitation of Liability

VectraAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to damages from incorrect scaling, manufacturing errors, or material waste.

All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues only.
